How is it taken?
It can be taken daily after dinner. Add 1 measure to 1 small cup of water about to boil (200oF). Let it infuse for 5-8 minutes. Strain and Serve.
It is also recommended if you feel very stressed and suffer from anxiety,
1 or 2 cups daily
Are there use restrictions ?
There is none, although there are many people sensitive to valerian, so you should only drink 1/2 cups and try it.
